The whole fence gets washed clean without leaving wand lines that show through stain. Brick, stone, turf, plants and pool equipment get covered.
Stain & seal
Once the wood is dry, oil-based stain goes on evenly, posts, rails and pickets. Sealant is built into the stain.
Clean up & walk through
Tarps come up, the yard goes back the way it was, and you get photos along the way if you're out of town.
